The core of our Train-Intern-Hire model for inclusion of neurodivergent individuals at workplace is the collective model. We work collaboratively with many NGOs and generate the power of the collective. Together, we create sustainable livelihood opportunities for the population of neurodivergent individuals and drive our common vision of inclusion. Our partners are located across India and have years of expertise in training and development of neurodivergent candidates.
